Kings & Queens – A Global Journey Through Musical Theatre Royalty

In October 2024, a vast number of kings and queens of musical theatre – in various guises -  graced the stage of Wykham Theatre at Wykham Park Academy as we bought their stories to the good people of Banbury. 

​

Featuring iconic songs from classic shows such as The King and I, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat through to modern-day gems including The Prom, Six the Musical and Hamilton, this concert was a veritable feast of regal fabulousness as we travelled through Australia, Thailand, Russia and Egypt to name just a few countries on our itinerary.

And then, in the style of all good royals, we went on a very real overseas visit to perform the show for our wonderful friends in Banbury’s twin town of Hennef, Germany!
