AGM- Sept 2020

Banbury Operatic Society (BOS) will be holding our annual AGM on Wednesday 2nd September at St Hugh's Church Banbury. This is located next to Bruce Walton's house

(OX16 9HU).

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, we must restrict numbers of attendees and therefore we are asking members to sign up for a place at the AGM Meeting. The meeting will also be live on Zoom for those unable to attend in person due to shielding. This link will be emailed out prior to the meeting.

You must be a paid up member of BOS to request a place at the meeting. You may request either one space for yourself or two spaces if you wish to bring someone who is in your 'bubble'. We will be offering these places on a case by case basis and you will receive an email 48 hours prior to the AGM from the Membership Secretary if you have been successful.

We hope you will bear with us in this very strange time and understand the restrictions that have had to be put in place.
